Karen Miller has been with Varnum/Armstrong/Deeter, L.L.C. for over 30 years and serves in several capacities. In addition to property management responsibilities, Karen provides brokerage services for VAD-owned properties as well as tenant representation throughout the metro area. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees all financial aspects of the company, including borrowing/refinancing properties, tax returns and investor relations.
HISTORY
Karen joined the firm in 1993 after 10 years in banking and real estate. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Business Administration. She has vast experience in management, banking and real estate.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
