Our Development Services Department has the capability of total turnkey development of a tract of land. Development services are performed for landowners, investment groups, private individuals or institutional investors. The firm has the capability and experience of developing retail centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, and specialty medical properties, industrial buildings, townhomes and residential subdivisions. Development services can be provided on either a fee basis or a joint venture basis.
Services include preliminary site planning, preliminary feasibility estimates, projections and investment analysis, zoning, architectural coordination, advertising and promotion, leasing, preparation of financial packages, construction coordination, project management and ongoing property management.
