VAD covers an area including metropolitan Kansas City and the surrounding farm communities extending as far east as Columbia, Missouri, north to St. Joseph, Missouri, west to Central Kansas, and south to the Springfield, Missouri area. The firm has had extensive experience in land assemblage for shopping and apartment complexes and site selection work for major national firms.
Retail
We handle all types of income producing real property. Our retail focus is representing national, regional, and local retail property users in leasing space, selecting sites, or negotiating “build-to-suit” opportunities.
Office
We specialize in locating space for major tenants around the Kansas City metropolitan area as well as representing landlords’ interests in helping them market their space more effectively in a competitive office environment.

VAD has some of the most experienced agents in the Kansas City metropolitan area and has represented many of the Fortune 1000 Companies. They have participated in site selection, leasing industrial space, and have sold excess properties for industrial entities around the country.
